There is still demand from tenants for all sizes of apartments but as the rents increase the expectations of potential tenants in terms of the standard of kitchens and bathrooms has increased.
There is good demand at Greens for ground floor apartments with gardens or yards.
Apartments with modernised kitchens and bathrooms (such as the cost-effective vinyl wrapping systems) are achieving the top rents and the least number of cheques.
