The average sold price in the Greens has increased by 23% during the past 12 months. The rate of growth each month has been reasonably consistent this year.
Strong demand and therefore growth of sale prices for 1-bedroom apartments.
During December the average asking price was 14% higher than the average sale price. There are many apartments advertised at unrealistic asking prices.
Strong demand for apartments which are vacant on transfer. Many of these are selling at 5% to 15% above the sold prices of leased apartments.
Ground floor apartments achieving some of the highest sold prices.
