Sold Prices for The Views, Dubai as recorded at Dubai Land Department

The rate of growth has slowed during the past 6 months. The average sold price The Views community has increased by 17.7% during the past 12 months, but only by 5.2% during the past 6 months.
Asking Prices (reflecting owners’ expectations) have increased more quickly than the Sold Prices. There are many apartments advertised at unrealistic asking prices.
Strong demand for apartments which are vacant on transfer. Many of these are selling at 5% to 15% above the sold prices of leased apartments.
Apartments with modernized kitchens, such as those improved by vinyl wrapping of cabinets, have sold at the higher prices.
