The average sold price The Views community has decreased by 2.8% during the past 6 months. There is evidence in many communities of the resale market growth having slowed or leveled out since August 2025.
Asking Prices (reflecting ownersโ expectations) have increased more quickly than the Sold Prices. There are many apartments advertised at unrealistic asking prices.
Strong demand for apartments which are vacant on transfer. Many of these are selling at 5% to 15% above the sold prices of leased apartments.
Apartments with modernized kitchens, such as those improved by vinyl wrapping of cabinets, have sold at the higher prices.
